This front garden became an exciting and challenging project as the client having been born overseas, was interested in dedicating the front lawn to an inspiring Australian native garden. The challenge was to break up the sizeable expansive sight into ‘shapes’ so as each area provided it’s own story.

A serpentine shape using corten steel garden edging with large bluestone steppers off-set to the entrance created a unique design.

A mixed palette of species and cultivars sourced from specialist native growers provide interesting foliage texture and flower colour. The selection complimented the colours in the clients brick home.
